Summary

I liked how brief they made the comments beneath the picture, I learned from it but didn't have to slog through. I learned that shadows can be really helpful or become the picture instead of the person who throws the shadow. I learned that having a part of a picture unfocused can make it seem more mysterious since you can't see the person in the picture very well. I don't think I can do certain techniques from the article because some of them are blurred.

I learned that when you underexpose you look to the lighter parts of the image so that will be helpful when you want the audience to look at certain parts of the image. It makes sense to me that you would use props to enhance the image. I if you had props you could really create a amazing image. It makes sense to me that you would have some serious photos to go along with your smiling ones. It would seem fake if you had a photo gallery and you were trying to show a town's culture and everyone in the photos was smiling. Normally there are some people who are having a bad day. (Or just more serious)
